Clubhouse Opening

Our new multimillion-dollar Clubhouse officially opened its doors at our launch event last week. The Deputy Mayor of Fraser Coast Regional Council, councilor Paul Truscott and Serenitas chief executive Rob Nichols cut the ribbon to mark this momentous milestone for our community. This new state-of-the-art facility complements the bay side lifestyle on offer with homeowners able to relax and enjoy in the alfresco dining space, coffee lounge and private bar. They can also enjoy a more active lifestyle with darts, pool table, grass bowls, swimming pool and spa, tennis court and more.

“With a welcoming community, a new state-of-the-art Clubhouse and a premium location, the Anchorage at Hervey Bay brings the best in bayside living and community together in one place,” Mr Nichols said. The new Clubhouse has been thoughtfully designed as a central hub for our community, providing various leisure and recreational facilities for them to enjoy. A new tennis and pickleball court, bowling greens, pool and spa, gym, art and craft studio, community kitchen, library, private bar, alfresco dining and more are now available for our homeowners.
